Winner Selection and Prizes

Eligibility: This contest is open to anyone who has followed Mi Sedaap & Jans Food USA and who are 18 years of age or older as of the date of entry. Participants must be a legal resident of the United States. Employees of Jans Enterprises Corp., its partners, and their immediate family members or anyone living in the same household are not eligible. The contest is subject to all federal, state, and local laws. Void where prohibited.

Agreement to Rules: By participating, the Contestant agree to follow these rules and confirm that you meet all eligibility requirements. In addition, You agree to accept the decisions of Jans Enterprises Corp. (Mi Sedaap and Jans Food USA) as final and binding as it relates to the content of this Campaign.
- Winner Selection and Prizes: We’re giving away prizes to a total of 15 winners. Winners will be selected under the supervision of Jans Enterprises Corp based on three main categories with these prizes:

Winners will be selected from all qualified entries, and with multiple prizes up for grabs, your chances of winning are even better. No cash or other prize substitution shall be permitted except at Jans Enterprises Corp.’s discretion. The prize is nontransferable.
Winner will be notified by Instagram Direct Message within five (5) days following the selection of Winner. If Winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim the prize within 24 hours from the time award notification was sent, or fails to timely return required documents, the prize may be forfeited, and an alternate Winner selected.
- Odds: To keep things fair, winners of the #MySedaapMoment Contest will be determined solely based on the total number of reposts, views, and likes. Every post that meets all contest requirements will be counted on December 21th, 2025 as an eligible entry.
